At Craff, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason.
- Refund requests made within this 14-day window will be processed free of charge.
- Note that Paddle allows refund requests up to 120 days for card payments and 179 days for PayPal payments, but Craff guarantees refunds within 14 days.
- Only purchases made directly through Craff.co using Paddle as the payment processor are eligible.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hi@craff.co with your order details and a brief explanation of your request.
- If your payment was processed by Paddle, you may also request a refund directly via Paddle’s support center.
- We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days for card payments, and within 48 hours for PayPal transactions.
3. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are generally granted for first-time purchases where the user is not satisfied with the service or if technical issues prevent normal use.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive refund history, or clear violation of our Terms of Service.
- If you are unsure whether your purchase is eligible, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 working days, and PayPal refunds usually within 48 hours.
